New feature reduces costs by eliminating shipping and buyer fees<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

StockX \u2014 the leading global marketplace for current culture products \u2014 today announced <\/span>Store at StockX<\/b><\/a>, enabling customers to buy and sell items without ever taking physical possession.<\/span><\/p>\n

Now available to select users, Store at StockX allows customers to purchase products and store them directly within StockX-managed facilities. After checkout, items are shipped to a StockX verification center. Once verified, the ownership transfers to the buyer, who can immediately relist the item for sale.<\/span><\/p>\n

Customers can still choose to have their purchased item shipped to them at any time.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cBy eliminating the need to physically move products, Store at StockX marks an evolution in how people engage with our marketplace,\u201d said StockX CEO Greg Schwartz. \u201cIt unlocks new opportunities for users who already buy with the intent to resell, while lowering barriers for those previously deterred by shipping costs and other fees. At the same time, it removes the burden of handling and storing inventory \u2014 two of the biggest challenges in resale today.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Store at StockX is currently available to select users in the United States who are already using StockX Pro Buying, a feature that provides advanced tools and pricing insights designed for high-volume and professional buyers. Customers who do not yet have access to StockX Pro Buying can request onboarding at <\/span>stockx.com\/lp\/store-at-stockx<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

How It Works:<\/b><\/p>\n

  1. Sign in to StockX Pro Buying<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Select a product and choose \u201cStore at StockX\u201d at checkout<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Once the item is verified, ownership transfers to your StockX account and appears in your inventory<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Relist the item for sale, or request shipment at any time (shipping fees apply)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The launch of Store at StockX builds on significant infrastructure investments made across the company\u2019s global network. Beginning in 2023, StockX launched its Flex storage offering, a program that enables pre-approved sellers to house their unsold inventory at StockX facilities. The Flex program powers StockX\u2019s Xpress Shipping offering \u2014 because products are pre-verified, once they sell, StockX can immediately ship them to the buyer.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    \u201cStore at StockX demonstrates how we\u2019re leveraging our existing infrastructure to provide meaningful new capabilities to our customers,\u201d said Schwartz. \u201cThis feature delivers a faster, more efficient way to trade on StockX, enabling sellers to respond to market opportunities in near-real-time.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

    StockX will also soon enable StockX Pro Buying users to pay for purchases using proceeds from their previous sales on the platform.<\/span><\/p>\n
