For the first time ever, US customers can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund in the form of StockX credit, minus the original shipping cost. This policy aims to provide customers with an additional layer of confidence when making purchases.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cAt StockX, we&#8217;re always listening to our customers to ensure that we deliver the best possible shopping experience from start to finish. The ability to return items has long been one of our most requested features,\u201d said StockX\u2019s VP of Customer Experience and Insights, Jacob Fenton. \u201cThat\u2019s why we\u2019re excited to introduce our new Returns Policy, designed to give our US customers added peace of mind when making purchases on our platform. This new policy, along with No Fee Resale and our Buyer Promise demonstrate our commitment to providing customers with a seamless, secure, and confident shopping experience on StockX.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Key Details on the New Returns Policy:<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><b>Eligibility<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Returns for StockX Credit are available only for eligible items, which is determined based on the exact product and size. As of today, over half of all trades are available for returns. You can see which items are available for return on the item\u2019s product page.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Condition Requirements<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: The item must be received by StockX in the same condition that it was delivered in. That means the StockX tag cannot be removed, or the StockX sticker must still be attached.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Not Eligible for Returns?<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> For items that are not available for Returns, check out <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/stockx.com\/help\/articles\/what-is-no-fee-resale\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No Fee Resale<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and resell your recently purchased items with zero fees for up to 90 days.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Extended Return Window for Holiday Shoppers:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Eligible purchases made between November 27 &#8211; December 31, 2024 can be returned through January 15, 2025 as a part of StockX\u2019s Holiday 2024 extended return policy.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The new Returns Policy \u2014 which will be available globally in the near future \u2014 is the latest in a series of customer-focused enhancements StockX has recently introduced. In 2023, StockX launched Xpress Ship, a new feature allowing customers to order select pre-verified items and receive delivery within three business days. That same year, the company also reduced fees for all sellers worldwide as part of a revamped seller program.
