The mid-top Ascent adidas AE 1 sits on a lightweight, TPU-encased Jet Boost and LightStrike midsole, which finds support in a full-length torsional plate. While the upper is crafted from tightly woven mesh, TPU side panels with a honeycomb-like construction bolster the shoe and allow the foot to breathe. The TPU side panels also feature a marbled pattern in Charcoal that makes the "Ascent" stand out from other adidas AE 1 models. Although the sneaker boasts minimal branding details, a rubberized 3-Stripes logo graces the molded back heel.
