The suede and mesh upper of the New Balance 1500 MiUK x Beams x Paperboy is decorated with various silver and grey hues. The heel, mesh toe box, and mid-panel counter of this sneaker are a lighter silvery-grey, while the toe cap is covered in dark grey.​

​The left and right shoes have slightly different colorings. The top panel of the left shoe features a darker suede-like grey with a lighter mesh and the right shoe has a lighter grey suede-like with a darker grey mesh. On the left shoe tongue an embroidered "New Balance Beams" can be seen and on the right shoe tongue a "New Balance Paperboy" message. This New Balance pair also features ENCAP support and cushioning, enhancing its grey and white midsole.
