How do I manage my email notifications?


StockX gives you several options when it comes to unsubscribing from email notifications. You can unsubscribe directly from an email by clicking the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of the message. This will unsubscribe you from that particular subscription, but not all email notifications.


For more robust management, you can manage your email notifications by navigating to My Account > Settings > Notifications. Here you can toggle various communications from StockX on and off individually.


Can I unsubscribe from all StockX emails?


Not all email notifications can be disabled, as some emails contain important information and alerts about deadlines and shipping information. If a toggle appears gray in the Notifications section of Account Settings, it cannot be disabled.


What should I do if I'm not getting important notifications from StockX?


The easiest fix for not receiving email notifications from StockX that you are subscribed to is to check your spam or junk folders to see if StockX notifications have been pushed there. If this is the case, you may need to manage your email account to ensure it does not push notifications to these areas.


If this is not the case, you can also check to make sure your StockX account isn't connected to a social media site instead of an email address. If this is the case, you'll need to check the email account associated with your social media account, if it is different from the one you are using for StockX communications.
