The
StockX Trust Center lets you request a downloadable copy of your personal data or permanently delete your account and associated data. To submit a request, visit the Trust Center, select a request type, and provide basic account information to verify your identity.
Request types
- Access/Portability Request: Download a copy of your personal data.
- Deletion/Erasure Request: Permanently delete your account and associated data.
Required information
To locate your account and verify your identity, you will need to provide:
- Your StockX account email address
- Your first and last name
- Whether you are a resident of California, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Colorado, or the European Union
Confirming your submission
After submitting, you will be directed to a confirmation message. Your request will be completed within 30 days.
