Since all brands have slightly different sizing standards, we recommend that you reach out to the specific manufacturer (i.e., Nike, Adidas, etc.). They can objectively help recommend the right size for you. They may also help with gender size conversions.

Some sneakers will have the type of sizing abbreviated in parenthesis next to the name. If there is an abbreviation next to the name it is not in traditional men's sizing. For instance, a 7Y in GS is not equal to a 7 in Men's.

Some sneakers (primarily New Balance) come in traditional sizing and wide. When selecting a size, “WIDE” will show next to the number, if the shoe has a wide fit.

Items released in Asia-specific territories may vary in sizing. These items can be identified by the item’s title including “(Asia Sizing).”
