StockX Drop-Off Locations


Depending on where they live, some Sellers on StockX will have the ability to drop their orders off at a StockX drop-off location in their area. As the situation surrounding COVID-19 continues to evolve, we are working hard to minimize the impact of the virus on our communities and employees. 


To this end, Sellers interested in utilizing drop-off locations are encouraged to schedule an appointment at their nearest center. Additionally, StockX can only guarantee the same-day check-in of items for Sellers who have an appointment for that day. Items that are walk-up drop-offs are not guaranteed to be checked in on the day they are delivered to the center.



What are the benefits of using a StockX drop-off location?


Sellers do not need to provide a shipping box or print their shipping label when using a drop off center. Additionally, our drop-off locations have authenticators on-site who will check your item prior to sending it to the Buyer.


If your item fails verification, it will be shipped back to the billing address on file for your account.

Currently, StockX operates three drop-off centers, one in New York City, Hong Kong, and London:

What do I need to provide when dropping off my item?


StockX's drop-off centers will require Sellers to provide the following when utilizing this service:

  • A valid photo ID to verify your sale
  • An invoice for the sale
