Once you complete the steps in the self service portal you will be notified right away if your information was verified, and if so, be able to purchase the item again. Since we are a marketplace, with live pricing, your transaction will not be completed automatically. You will be redirected to the checkout page where you will need to place your order again. 

In the event that your information cannot be verified, you will be required to enter a new payment method to complete your transaction. We recommend using a payment method that matches your shipping information as well as other information on your account.

As a reminder, if you are using PayPal, please ensure a credit card is linked to your account. If a bank account is linked to the PayPal account, this could prevent a successful purchase..
