The StockX Seller Program rewards sellers with lower fees based on quarterly sales performance. There are five Seller Levels, each with a different Base Transaction Fee for Verified Marketplace sales. Sales on both the
Verified Marketplace and
Listings Marketplace count toward your Seller Level.
Because Listings has 0% seller fees, moving up Seller Levels will not change your fees for Listings sales. Your Seller Level still determines your fee rate on Verified Marketplace transactions, so higher levels continue to deliver savings there.
Level 3
- Quarterly sales required: 40 sales OR $5,000 USD
- Base Transaction Fee: 8.0%
Level 4
- Quarterly sales required: 200 sales OR $25,000 USD
- Base Transaction Fee: 7.5%
Level 5
- Quarterly sales required: 800 sales OR $100,000 USD
- Base Transaction Fee: 7.0%
How Seller Levels work
Your Seller Level is determined by the number of sales completed or the total value of sales in USD across both the Verified and Listings Marketplaces within a calendar quarter. Activity resets at the end of each calendar quarter:
- Quarter 1: January 1–March 31
- Quarter 2: April 1–June 30
- Quarter 3: July 1–September 30
- Quarter 4: October 1–December 31
StockX continuously evaluates your activity. Once you achieve a Seller Level, you receive the benefits immediately and retain those benefits for the current calendar quarter and the following calendar quarter.
When is a sale deemed complete?
- For Verified Marketplace orders, a sale is deemed complete once the item has passed StockX's verification process and the seller has been paid out. Verified Marketplace items shipped directly by the seller or from Flex inventory are deemed complete once the item has been delivered to the buyer.
- For Listings Marketplace orders, a sale is deemed complete once the item has been delivered to the buyer.
