What should I do if I can't print my shipping label?

If you are unable to print your shipping label, it is advised that you get in contact with StockX Support immediately to troubleshoot your issue so you can get your item packaged and sent out within your shipping window.

Remember that StockX shipping labels are based on the shipping address on file for your account, so ensure that the shipping address provided matches. 

 

What should I do if my shipping label lists the incorrect weight for my item?

If your shipping label lists the incorrect weight based on your own measurements, you should still package your item as-is and drop it off at the requested shipping location. The weight will be automatically adjusted in the StockX system at the time of drop off, when the item is scanned in and weighed.

 

Can I use my own shipping method instead of the one on my shipping label?

For insurance and tracking purposes, all items sold through the StockX marketplace must use the shipping label and shipping location provided in your account information. Doing so also allows us to better assist you if an issue arises with your shipped item.
