Items can sell for more than your asking price when the buyer is located in a region where your Ask was not the lowest Ask. This is a result of All-in pricing, StockX's regional pricing model that factors import duties and taxes into Ask prices to improve buyer-seller matching across regions.
How All-in pricing works
All-in pricing reduces import duties and taxes for buyers and sellers within the same region. When StockX matches buyers and sellers in different regions, applicable duties are included in the item's Ask price. Buyers see the lowest Ask price for a product with any applicable fees already included.
Why sale prices may differ from your Ask
The "View All Sales" data does not apply the same pricing calculation. A sale shown there may reflect a higher price if the buyer for that sale was located in a region where your Ask was not the lowest Ask for that product.
