FedEx may allow Buyers some options when getting their package from StockX delivered, and in general these options are:
- Appointment delivery
- Delivery date scheduling
- Time of delivery
If you use a shipping provider's tools to alter your delivery address (address change, delivery window), then that package will no longer be eligible to file a claim through StockX in the result of it not being delivered or being delivered damaged.
StockX does not have the ability to make these changes for you. Any desired changes must be made through FedEx's website. More information on how to make changes and what options are available to you can be found at: FedEx Delivery Manager
