StockX Balance can be used to place Offers on both the
Listings Marketplace and
Verified Marketplaces. StockX Balance is automatically applied at checkout when you place a new Offer. The final Offer amount is charged to your StockX Balance when the Offer is accepted.
Applying StockX Balance to an existing Offer
To apply StockX Balance to an Offer you've already placed:
- Go to Account > Buying > Offers.
- Select "Update Offer."
- At checkout, your StockX Balance and Credits are auto-applied. To remove them, select Remove.
If your StockX Balance doesn't cover the full Offer amount
A saved payment method is required to place an Offer, regardless of your available StockX Balance. If your available balance is $0.00 when your Offer is matched to an Ask, StockX will charge your saved payment method for the full Offer amount. Orders charged to a saved payment method do not earn Rewards credits for that purchase.
Applying StockX Balance when your available balance is $0.00
You can apply StockX Balance to an Offer even if your current available balance is $0.00, since payouts are issued to StockX Balance daily. If your Offer is accepted and your balance is still $0.00 at that time, StockX will charge your saved payment method for the Offer amount.
How Rewards are calculated for Offers
Rewards are calculated for Offers the same way as Buy Now purchases. Offers paid using StockX Balance earn 5% Rewards on the item price and processing fee. Discounts, taxes, shipping, gift cards, and credits applied to a purchase do not earn Rewards. The final Rewards calculation is determined once your Offer is matched and payment is collected. Rewards credit is issued to your account when the item ships.
If your order is cancelled
If your order is cancelled before shipment, no Rewards credit is issued. You will be refunded the full purchase price as paid. Orders paid using multiple payment methods (StockX Balance, StockX Credit, gift cards, or Rewards credit) are refunded up to the value charged on each individual payment method.
