Local pickup is offered specifically for Xpress Ship purchases within North America and Canada, allowing you to have your item delivered to a carrier or third party pick up location.
To use this option, simply select Pickup at checkout, and use your preferred zip code to search for a pick up location nearest to you. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive order updates via email as usual, and can also stay up to date with the status of your item by referring to the
Buying section of your account.
- Customers who opted to use Pickup will be required to present a driver’s license, local/state ID, passport, or other form of valid identification when retrieving their package.
- Customers have seven calendar days to retrieve their package from the pickup location once delivered.
If you are unable to pick up your item within the allotted time frame, it will be returned to our facility. If this occurs, we're happy to help arrange redelivery. Refer to our FAQ:
