How do I contact Customer Service?

The StockX Help Center allows you to search for answers, browse FAQs and get connected with our Customer Service team.

If you have an existing StockX account, please log in for an improved, personalized experience. Only logged in users can track recent orders and access any live channels available in your region.

To begin the support process, select “Contact Us” on the bottom of the Help Center, or by clicking the scrolling green widget on the right. On the StockX app, login and select “Chat” from your account settings. Our Chatbot is available 24/7 to provide a guided experience to help us understand your issue. If the Chatbot is unable to resolve it, we’ll provide the most efficient and available contact channels to connect with our Customer Service team.

If you don’t have a StockX account, you’ll always be able to request email support, where you can share your issue with us and receive a reply via email.

For additional information on Customer Service hours of operation and available customer service channels, see “Customer Service Hours” located in the bottom left corner of the Help Center.

Please note that Customer Service channels include live chat, phone, and email but can vary by region.
  • US English live chat is only available for users with a billing address located in the US, Canada, and UK during our hours of operation, otherwise we will respond to your inquiry via email.
  • Spanish live chat is only available for users with a billing address located in Mexico or the United States during our hours of operation, otherwise we will respond to your inquiry via email.
  • Chinese live chat is only available Power Sellers during our hours of operation, otherwise we will respond to your inquiry via email.

For live channels, we aim to respond as soon as we can. For email, you can expect a response within 24 hours.
