To access or manage your data, you will have to select a Request Type:
- Access/Portability Request: Submit a request for a downloadable copy of your personal data
- Deletion/Erasure Request: Submit a request to irreversibly delete your account and associated data
How do I submit a request to manage my data?
You'll be asked for some information before you can move forward with your request. This information is required to find your account and validate your ownership of it as a security measure.
The information required to submit a request is:
Your StockX Account email address
Your first and last name
Whether you are a resident of California, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Colorado, or the European Union
How Do I Confirm That My Request For Data Management Has Been Submitted?
After submitting your request, you’ll be directed to a message advising that your submission is confirmed. Your request will be completed within 30 days.
