To reset your StockX password, visit the Profile section of your account and select "Change Password," or use the reset option on the login page. StockX will send a password reset email to the address associated with your account. If you registered using a social account (Google, Apple ID, Facebook, or X), reset your password through that provider instead.
If you don't receive a reset email
If you don't see a password reset email from StockX:
- Check your spam and junk folders.
- Review any filtering rules active in your inbox.
- If you registered with a social account, reset your password through that provider.
Social account login
If you signed up using Google, Apple ID, Facebook, or X, your password is managed by that provider and cannot be reset through StockX. Reset your password through the social provider, then log in to StockX using your updated credentials.
Password requirements
StockX passwords must meet the following requirements:
- At least 8 characters
- One capitalized letter
- One number
- One special character
For stronger security, use a longer passphrase with multiple special characters.
