The Guide to Setting Up and Using Your Payout Information

StockX uses Hyperwallet, a PayPal service, for all seller payouts. You need a Hyperwallet account to get paid for your sales. For additional Hyperwallet-specific troubleshooting, please visit the StockX Hyperwallet Support Center.

Setting Up Your Hyperwallet Account
  1. Go to your StockX Account Settings. In the "Payout Info" section, click "Edit." This will open Hyperwallet in a new window.
  2. Activate your Hyperwallet account. Provide your payout information and preferred payout method. You can manage your payout methods, preferences, and track payments here.

Required Information
Hyperwallet requires two types of ID: one for your identity and one for your address.
  • Identity Verification: Government or National ID, Driver's License, Passport
  • Address Verification: Utility bill (gas, electric, water, cable, phone), Financial statement, National ID, Government-issued documents (tax bills, etc.)
Hyperwallet will typically verify your information within two business days. You'll be notified if they need any additional information.

Available Payout Options
  • US: PayPal, Venmo, Bank Account, Debit Card
  • International: Bank Account, PayPal

Payout Processing
Once you sell an item, payouts are usually processed within 30 minutes.

Please Note: When a payout is sent to a debit card, additional fees may apply, including 2% of the transfer amount (up to $9.95 USD) and a foreign exchange fee (if applicable).

Changing Your Payout Information
  1. Go to your StockX Account Settings. In the "Payout Info" section, click "Edit" to open Hyperwallet.
  2. Add a new account. Click "+ Add Payout Method."
  3. Update your default payout method. Click "Change Default Payout Method."
  4. Check your email for a message from StockX asking you to confirm the changes. You have 72 hours to verify.

Important: If you do not receive the authentication email, your StockX account may be registered under a social media account. Check the email associated with that account.

Deleting a Payout Method
To delete a payout method, contact Customer Service and select "Delete Payout" when submitting your request.

Hyperwallet Account Limit
You can have a maximum of three Hyperwallet accounts.
