POP MART products sold on StockX must meet our quality standards. They must be brand new and undamaged, with no discoloration, marks, or scratches. Minor paint flaws, marks, and superficial scratches are acceptable.
Due to the nature of POP MART packaging, the following products are required to be sold sealed:
- POP MART Labubu The Monsters Have a Seat Vinyl Plush Sealed Case (6 Blind Box)
- POP MART Labubu The Monsters Big into Energy Series Vinyl Plush Pendant Sealed Case (6 Blind Box)
- POP MART Labubu The Monsters Exciting Macaron Vinyl Face Sealed Case (6 Blind Boxes)
If needed, StockX may open the seal to accurately identify the POP MART item for your listing.
For specific POP MART character sales, the box seal isn't necessary. However, all accompanying accessories, including the box, bag, plush, and character card, must be present.
All other POP MART products are required to be sealed when sold as a blind box, but will not be opened as part of the verification process.
Please note, duplicates may be received when purchasing a blind box case. As this is a natural occurrence of the blind box experience, StockX is unable to exchange the duplicate for the missing blind box product.

We require that all POP MART products come complete with the original box and internal plastic or styrofoam packaging. The original shipping box is not required to be included, however, we encourage Sellers to ship in the original shipping box if possible. Minor box damage is acceptable as per our quality standards.
