StockX Credit is a payment option that can be applied toward purchases on StockX. Credits can be earned through StockX promotions or when returning an eligible item. StockX Credit is currently available to US customers only and can only be applied in USD.
How do I use StockX Credit toward a purchase?
To use StockX Credit, click Buy Now on any item. When reviewing your order, if you have available StockX Credit, the balance will automatically be applied. To remove the credit, select the trash icon next to "Balance Applied."
Do StockX Credits expire?
StockX Credits expire 12 months from the date the credit was applied to your account. Once a credit expires, it cannot be reissued.
How do I check my Credit balance?
Check your StockX Credit balance in the
Wallet tab in your account.
Can I exchange my StockX Credit for cash?
StockX Credits cannot be exchanged for cash.
