StockX Credit is a payment option that can be applied toward purchases on StockX. Credit is earned through StockX promotions or by returning an eligible item. StockX Credit is currently available to US customers only and can only be applied in USD.
Credit Types
- StockX Credit: Applies to purchases across all StockX marketplaces
- Live Shopping Credit: Applies only to purchases made on StockX Live
Applying Credit on the Verified Marketplace and Listings Marketplace
- You must be logged in to your StockX account to redeem your StockX Credit balance.
- Select Buy Now on the item you want to purchase.
- Review the order. If you have available StockX Credit, the balance applies to the order automatically.
- To remove the credit, select the trash icon next to "Balance Applied."

Applying Credit on StockX Live
- You must be logged in to your StockX account to redeem your Credit balance.
- In your wallet, your Credit balance is toggled on to be automatically applied to all purchases made within Live checkout.
- If you do not wish for your Credits to be applied to every bid, you can deactivate the toggle in your Wallet. This will apply to all bids within Live checkout.
Credit Expiration
StockX Credits expire 12 months from the date the credit was applied to your account. Once a credit expires, it cannot be reissued.
Checking Your Credit Balance
Check your StockX Credit balance in the
Wallet tab in your account.
Exchanging Credit for Cash
StockX Credits cannot be exchanged for cash.
