What is Vacation Mode and how do I enable it?

Vacation Mode pauses your active Asks so you can step away without risking a sale you are unable to fulfill. Paused Asks remain inactive until you turn Vacation Mode off. Vacation Mode does not cancel sales that are already in progress.

Note: Vacation Mode is available for both the Verified Marketplace and Listings Marketplace.

Enabling Vacation Mode
  1. Go to the Settings section of your StockX profile.
  2. Click "Turn on" next to "Seller Vacation Mode."

Disabling Vacation Mode
Before disabling Vacation Mode, confirm a valid payment method is present in your StockX Wallet under Seller Info. Once Vacation Mode is turned off, your Asks become active immediately.

Please note: Turning off Vacation Mode reactivates your Asks right away. If pending Offers already meet your Ask price, a sale will match instantly at your Ask price, not at the highest Offer. To prevent an unplanned sale, remove your Asks before turning Vacation Mode off.

Vacation Mode does not affect items listed in Flex. Flex items are already stored in a StockX facility and shipped by StockX after verification and sale.
