Your shipping label determines which carrier to use for drop-off of your sold item. StockX ships via USPS, UPS, and FedEx in the United States, depending on the order. For international shipping info, visit our FAQ:
Shipping Instructions on StockX. Check your label before heading out, because some labels display a USPS tracking number even when the package must go to a different carrier.
If your label says "USPS Ground Advantage"
Drop off at any Post Office or USPS blue collection box.
If your label says "UPS Ground Saver"
Drop off at a UPS location only. Do not bring a UPS Ground Saver package to USPS.
UPS Ground Saver labels display a USPS tracking number at the bottom, which can be misleading. UPS Ground Saver packages must enter the UPS network first. UPS transports the package and injects it into the USPS stream near the final destination for last-mile delivery. USPS cannot accept UPS Ground Saver packages directly from sellers.
To confirm the carrier, look for the words "UPS Ground Saver" printed in the middle of the label. If you see those words, the package goes to UPS.
Accepted UPS Ground Saver drop-off locations:
UPS Store
UPS drop box
UPS Customer Center
Please note: Always ask for a drop-off receipt to confirm the package was accepted.
If your label says "FedEx Ground"
Drop off at a FedEx location only. Do not bring a FedEx Ground package to USPS.
FedEx Ground Economy labels display a USPS tracking number at the bottom, which can be misleading. FedEx Ground packages must enter the FedEx network first. FedEx transports the package and injects it into the USPS stream near the final destination for last-mile delivery. USPS cannot accept FedEx Ground packages directly from sellers.
To confirm the carrier, look for the words "FedEx Ground" printed in the top right section of the label. If you see those words, the package goes to FedEx.
Accepted FedEx Ground drop-off locations:
FedEx Office
FedEx Ship Center
FedEx Authorized ShipCenter
FedEx Drop Box (accepts packages up to 20" x 12" x 6")
Walgreens, Dollar General, and select grocery store locations nationwide
Please note: Always ask for a drop-off receipt to confirm the package was accepted.
Dropped off at the wrong carrier?
StockX Customer Service will assist you further. Do not wait to see if the package moves on its own. Once a package enters the wrong carrier's network, recovery options are limited. The window to file a claim may close before the issue is noticed.
