FedEx may offer Buyers several options for StockX deliveries. In general, these options are:
- Appointment delivery
- Delivery date scheduling
- Time of delivery
If you use a shipping provider's tools to alter your delivery address (address change, delivery window), you will no longer be able to file a claim for that package through StockX if it is not delivered or is delivered damaged.
StockX cannot make these changes for you. Any changes must be made through the FedEx website. More information about how to do this and the options available to you can be found at:
