Factors that may impact the Customs clearance procedure are country of import, time of shipment arrival, product and value. If the tracking for your order shows that Customs is requesting more information to release your shipment, your country may require you to verify that you are the designated recipient. If this is the case, you should receive a message from the shipment carrier with your unique tracking number and instructions to complete this process. Please note that the messages will be sent to the contact information provided with your shipping address.
If action is required for your shipment, please make sure that you contact the carrier directly, as StockX will be unable to take action on your behalf.
