Holiday Mode enables you to pause your active Asks when you know you'll be away and unable to ship your items in the event of a sale. While this won't cancel sales that are already in progress, this mode allows you to pause Asks that haven't yet matched with a Bid until you're ready to sell and ship again.
To enable Holiday Mode, simply navigate to the
Settings section of your StockX profile and click the "Turn on" button next to "Seller Holiday Mode".
Remember that once you've enabled Holiday Mode, you'll have to turn it off again manually before your Asks will be active on the site.
To disable Holiday Mode, you must have a valid payment method in your StockX Wallet – you can add the payment method under StockX Wallet Seller Info.
Please note that by activating Holiday Mode while you’re away, you can end up with an automatic sale if your item spikes in popularity with Bids above your Ask. When you turn Holiday Mode off, your item will sell immediately. However, not at the highest Bid but for your Ask as this is what you had your item listed for before activating Holiday Mode. To avoid this, we suggest removing/deleting your Asks.
NB: Turning on Holiday Mode will not impact items listed in Flex as they are dispatched by StockX after they've been verified and sold.
