Does StockX offer secure local pick-up for Buyers?

Local pick-up is available specifically for Xpress Ship purchases within North America and Canada, allowing you to have your item delivered to a carrier or third-party pick-up location.

To use this option, simply select Pick-up at checkout and use your preferred zip code to search for your nearest pick-up location. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive order updates via email as usual and can also stay up-to-date with the status of your item by referring to the Buying section of your account.

  • Customers who opt to use Pick-up will be required to present a driver’s licence, local/state ID, passport or other form of valid identification when collecting their package.
  • Customers have seven calendar days to collect their package from the pick-up location once it has been delivered.
    • If you are unable to collect your item within the allotted window, it will be returned to our facility. If this happens, we're happy to help arrange redelivery. Refer to our FAQ: How do I contact Customer Service? for further details. Bear in mind that we are unable to redeliver your item to a pick-up location, so please provide an updated delivery address when contacting us.
