How can I manage my personal data?

At StockX, we believe you should be in control of your personal information and want to make it easy to delete or request access to it. Our Trust Centre enables you to manage your personal data yourself.

To access or manage your data, you will have to select a Request Type:
  • Access/Portability Request: Submit a request for a downloadable copy of your personal data
  • Deletion/Erasure Request: Submit a request to irreversibly delete your account and associated data

How do I submit a request to manage my data?
You'll be asked for some information before you can proceed with your request. This information is required to find your account and validate your ownership of it as a security measure.

The information required to submit a request is:
  • Your StockX account email address
  • your first and last name
  • Whether you're a resident of California, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Colorado or the European Union

How do I confirm that my request for data management has been submitted?
After submitting your request, you’ll see a message advising you that your submission has been confirmed. Your request will be completed within 30 days.
