How do I ship sneaker packs sold on StockX?

Separating one pair of sneakers from a curated selection of sneakers might be difficult to do but it happens. Shoes from special sneaker packs are accepted by StockX in brand new condition. You have some options when sending a pair of sneakers from a sneaker pack. Here are guidelines on how to separate and send the sneakers you sold from the pack.

Slide-Out Drawer Packs
Sneakers sold from this kind of pack should be shipped in one of the sleeves.
Sneakers from Sneaker Packs that have slide-out drawers can be sent in one of two ways:

1. Send the entire product box with the sneakers sold from the pack included in the full box.
Seller keeps the other pair and the slide-out drawer.
2. Send the sneakers sold in only one of the slide-out drawers.
Seller keeps the product box and the other sneakers from the pack.
NB: When choosing this option, please take the necessary precautions to protect the shoes during the shipping process.
Connected Packs
Sneakers sold from packs that have pull-out boxes and are connected down the middle can be sent in one of two ways:

1. Send the entire product box with the sneakers sold from the pack included in the full box.
Seller keeps the other pair.
2. Send the sneakers in the pull-out box (the side of the pack that has been sold).
NB: To do this, you will need to cut through the connecting piece down the middle of the product box.
Seller keeps the other pair and its pull-out box. Both Seller and Buyer have part of the product box.

Single Box Packs
Sneakers sold from single box packs can be sent in one of two ways:

1. Send the entire product box with the sneakers sold from the pack included in the full box.
Seller keeps the other pair.
2. Send the sneakers in the replacement box that is included with a single box pack.
Seller keeps the product box and the other sneakers from the pack.
