We have provided the following script for you to use when submitting your request. For your convenience, feel free to copy and paste this script into your initial message to our support team. Please also ensure that you clearly state your reason for withdrawing from the contract.

- The date the order was received (if applicable)

- Photos of the item with the green StockX verification tag still attached

What should I know about my right of withdrawal as an EU/UK customer?
In the event of a right of withdrawal request, StockX requires that the item in question is sent back to us in the condition it was delivered, with the StockX verification tag or sticker still attached.
We reserve the right to refuse late returns and returns of items that are not in the same condition as the Buyer received them in.
If you've already received your item, the right of withdrawal ends 14 days after the beginning of the withdrawal period. For example, if you received your order on Tuesday 1 March 2022, the withdrawal period begins on Wednesday 2 March 2022. The withdrawal period expires on Wednesday 16 March 2022.

If your country of residence does not appear on this list, you are subject to the normal StockX terms and conditions regarding returns or exchanges.
How do I ship my item back to StockX?
- Place the product packaging into a bigger and sufficiently sized shipping box that is no more than 5 cm larger than your item on each side.
- Use bubble wrap and/or packing wrap to ensure your item is secure while in transit.
- Seal the package across the side flaps and the seams on the top and bottom of the shipping box using 5 cm or wider packing tape. Do not use masking tape, sticky tape, duct tape or string to secure the package, or wrap it in paper.
- Tape and secure the StockX provided shipping label to the outside of your shipping box.
