What does the Right of Withdrawal mean for EU/United Kingdom customers?

The right of withdrawal for EU/UK consumers grants Buyers within those countries the right to cancel a purchase without the need to give reason within 14 days of receipt. This rule applies to StockX as well and if you would like to exercise your right of withdrawal, please Contact Us.

We have provided the following withdrawal form that you may use when submitting your request! For your convenience, feel free to copy and paste this script into your initial message to our support team. To help us better understand why you are withdrawing from the purchase, please also state your reason for withdrawal.

  • The date the item was ordered on
  • The date the order was received (if applicable)
  • The order number (if available)
  • The name of the product(s)
  • Your name
  • Your complete address (including zip or postcode, town/city and country)

Your right of withdrawal and your potential warranty claims remain unaffected, regardless of whether you provide the requested information or the StockX verification tag is still attached to the goods and/or enclosed with the return item.

Once we receive your request, our support team will typically respond within 24 hours.

What should I know about my right of withdrawal as an EU/UK customer?
In the event of a withdrawal, StockX requires that the item in question is sent back to us in the condition it was delivered.
 
We reserve the right to refuse late returns and returns of items that are not in the same condition as the Buyer received them in. However, you will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.The StockX verification tag should still be attached and/or enclosed together with the return item, as the verification tag is an essential part of the product as proof of the verification process regarding the authenticity of the product carried out by StockX.

If the StockX verification tag is removed and/or not returned together with the item, StockX may claim compensation.

Your right of withdrawal remains unaffected, regardless of whether the StockX verification tag is still attached to the goods and/or enclosed with the return item.
 
We reserve the right to refuse late returns. If you have already received your item, the right of withdrawal ends 14 days after you received it. For example, you received your item on Tuesday, 1 March 2022. The withdrawal period begins on Wednesday, 2 March 2022. The withdrawal period expires on Wednesday, 16 March 2022.

If your country of residence does not appear on this list, you are subject to the normal StockX terms and conditions regarding returns or exchanges.

How do I ship my item back to StockX?
  • Place the product packaging into a bigger and sufficiently sized shipping box that is no more than 5 cm larger than your item on each side.
  • Use bubble wrap and/or packing wrap to ensure your item is secure while in transit.
  • Seal the package across the side flaps and the seams on the top and bottom of the shipping box using 5 cm or wider packing tape. Do not use masking tape, sticky tape, duct tape or string to secure the package, or wrap it in paper.
  • On the outside of your shipping box, securely tape the shipping label provided by StockX as well as your commercial invoice (if included with your shipping documents).
