What is StockX credit?

StockX credit is a payment option used to pay for your purchases on StockX.

You can earn StockX credit in a number of ways such as credits given by StockX promotions or when returning a qualifying item, where applicable, on StockX.

How do I use my StockX credit towards a purchase?
To use StockX credits, click the Buy Now button on any StockX item. When checking your order, if you have available StockX credit, it will be applied automatically. If you don't want to use your credit balance, you can select the bin icon next to "Balance Applied".
  • StockX credits are currently only available to US customers and are only issued in USD.
  • You must be logged in to your StockX account to redeem your StockX credit balance.
  • StockX credits do not have any fees associated with redemption.
  • To apply StockX credit to an order, Two-Step Verification must be enabled on your account. To learn more about Two-Step Verification, please visit our FAQ Two-Step Verification.

Do StockX credits expire?
StockX credits expire 12 months from the date they are applied to your account. Once a credit expires, it cannot be reissued.

How do I check my credit balance?
You can check your latest StockX credit balance in the Wallet tab under your Account here.

Can I get a cash refund for my StockX credit?
StockX credits cannot be exchanged for cash. We encourage you to use your credit to explore the full range of items available on our marketplace.
