The StockX Verified Seller Programme is a pilot programme available to a small group of Sellers who have continuously demonstrated the highest standards of performance, product quality, speed of shipment and adherence to our terms and conditions. Verified Sellers will be able to send sold items directly to the Buyer. For the Buyer, this means that they’ll receive their items significantly faster than with our standard shipping experience, all while shopping with confidence knowing that every purchase they make on StockX is backed by our Buyer Promise.

Participation in this programme is currently by invitation only.

The confirmation email that customers receive after placing an order will state whether the item they've purchased is verified by StockX or sent directly from a StockX Verified Seller. This information will also be visible on the 'Buying' section of a customer’s StockX profile on the 'Orders' page.

Items sold through the programme will have the Xpress Ship rocket icon next to them. In most cases, products that are sent directly from a StockX Verified Seller will be delivered at the same speed as pre-verified Xpress Ship items and faster than products that are delivered using the traditional verification process.

In all cases, the StockX green tag or sticker is attached to the

product.

Sellers in the programme are subject to background and identity verification checks, regular audits, site visits and must adhere to the highest benchmarks for Seller performance and product quality.
