This is a standard authorisation charge. StockX uses authorisation charges to periodically confirm your payment method. A charge of $1 or $15 USD or equivalent in your preferred currency may appear on your bank statement or PayPal account and will be refunded by your payment method provider within 5 working days. This check is performed with each new payment method you provide. If you are a Buyer and the payment method cannot be authorised, you’re welcome to add a new payment method to your account at any time.

Once your payment method has been successfully verified, StockX releases the hold. Please contact your bank or PayPal for more information about their authorisation time frames and policies.
