Jaeger Le-Coultre, or JLC for short, is a Swiss manufacture founded in 1833 known for their prolific movement production. The brand has over 1,000 calibers to its name, among which are the world’s smallest, one of the world's most complicated, and a tourbillon that revolves in three dimensions. Today, Jaeger Le-Coultre manufactures bespoke timepieces alongside classics like the Reverso, Geophysic, and Master. The brand’s lineage extends into niche areas, such as mechanical alarms in the Memovox, reversible cases to protect the dial in the Reverso, and gravity defying tourbillon mechanisms in the Gyrotourbillon. As they provide base movement components to many other watch manufacturers, JLC has become known as the watchmaker for watchmakers.
