Opinion (but not really): Fall is the best season, without a doubt or any legitimate argument, and it’s approaching quickly. As Supreme, Palace, and our regular weekly hitters start delivering their drops, it’s important to note that StockX can also be used to shop the everyday basics as well. From hoodies to sweatpants to the perfect fall jacket, we’ve got you covered at every price point.

Jackets

Under $100: FTP Colt 45 Work Jacket Navy

Trading below retail (at the time of this writing) FTP’s Colt 45 work jacket is perfect for our most practical shopper as well as our more edgy shopper, two demographics that seldom cross on our platform. You really can’t do better for the price, especially if you don’t mind wearing “FTP” around on your chest.

$100-$250: Supreme Mandarin Jacket Black

In black, the jacket is minimal enough not to draw too much attention but also features a mandarin collar that makes it look as if you put some effort into your outfit, whether you did or not. If you’re looking for an elevated outerwear piece that’s still tastefully minimal, this is the jacket for you.

$250-$500: Palace Utility Iridescent Jacket + Vest Black

On the higher end of things, our choice for favorite fall jacket is more than just a coat–it’s also a vest. Palace’s Iridescent Black Utility Jacket is the perfect way to lowkey flex that you dropped several hundred dollars on a jacket.

$500+: Off-White Camouflage Diag Field Jacket Military Green/Brown

As one begins to get above the $500 mark, the items on StockX start to differentiate themselves, making it harder to select a true basic/essential. This camo jacket from Off-White probably sits in the right middle ground between flashy and basic. How could we really put together a fall guide without something camo?

Honorable Mention Jackets:

Hoodies

Under $100: FOG Essentials Pullover Hoodie Grey

Potentially the most necessary purchase on this entire guide is our hoodie selection at the below $100 price point. This Fear Of God Essentials Pullover Hoodie is literally just a grey hoodie. That’s it, that’s the whole hoodie.

$100-$250: Jordan x Union NRG Vault AJ Flight Hoodie Black

Pre-distressed and washed to look like you’ve lived in it for years, you’ll feel comfortable with living in it right away. The Jordan and Union branding isn’t intrusive and will impress all of your friends who post pictures with the caption “iykyk” on their Instagram Story.

$250-$500: OFF-WHITE Monalisa Graphic Print Hoodie Black/White

Looking for a hoodie that screams how much you love art? This is it! The Off-White branding isn’t intrusive and Mona Lisa is timeless, right?

$500+: CPFM Born Again Hoodie Core

Hoodie of the year? Yeah, probably.

Honorable Mention Hoodies:

Crewnecks

Under $100: FOG Essentials Graphic Pullover Crew Neck Sweatshirt Burgundy

Easy to wear and hard to brick, the burgundy crewneck is an autumn layup.

$100-$250: Kith Paneled Williams Crewneck Olive

Just like you, we’ve been drooling at the thought of breaking out our military green fall clothes too. Just like you, we’re going to add even more to that collection, starting right here with this crewneck.

$250-$500: BAPE College Crewneck Black/White

The BAPE College crewneck is one of those staples we’ll be holding in high regard for years to come. Get yours this fall and be remembered on the right side of history.

$500+: Cactus Plant Flea Market x Union I Like You You’re Different Crewneck Purple

This crewneck is a little crazy but Cactus Plant Flea Market is onto something here and besides yesterday, today is the best day to get on that bandwagon.

Honorable Mention Crewnecks:

Sweat Pants

Under $100: adidas Yeezy Calabasas Track Pant Core/Mink

This could’ve been most of the Yeezy Calabasas Track Pants. They’re everything you’re looking for at a price point that makes sense, you can even grab matching socks, kind of.

$100-$250: Travis Scott MJ Track Pant Palomino

Brown is a color that works well during the fall and has been somewhat extra-in as of late. These Travis Scott x Jordan Brand track pants give off a nice little bit of Needles energy for well under the Needles price point.

$250-$500: Fear Of God x Nike Warm Up Pants Dust/Sail/Black

These pants are possibly the pants of the summer. Pick these up and you’ll likely be living in them all season long. Leaving them at home for the office will be dreadful and getting home to them will be euphoric.

$500+: Fear Of God x Nike Tear Away Pants Dark Grey Heather

Another big hitter from the Fear Of God x Nike camp. Perfect if you miss the 2000’s and tearing your pants off like that guy from Napoleon Dynamite.

Honorable Mention Sweat Pants:
