2020-21 Panini Impeccable Basketball is among the highest-end basketball card sets Panini will release during the 2020-21 collecting year. This is a set for those looking to build their premium collection of autograph and memorabilia cards. The best cards in the set feature the top performers from the 2020-21 NBA rookie class including LaMelo Ball, and Anthony Edwards. However, you can also hit cards for more established stars such as Steph Curry, Anthony Davis, and Ja Morant.
Each 2020-21 Panini Impeccable Hobby Box comes with one pack of nine cards. Inside you will find five autographs, three base cards or base card color variation parallels, and one metal insert. NBA Logo cards will also be a rare subset to hunt, these cards exhibit a gold or silver bar next to the player’s image.
The 2020-21 Panini Impeccable Basketball Hobby Box releases on June 16 at local and online card hobby shops.
Pokémon Sword & Shield Chilling Reign
Pokémon Chilling Reign is the sixth main expansion of the Sword & Shield Series. This new set will be composed of cards primarily found in the Japanese Pokémon set Silver Lance & Jet-Black Spirit. The set will hold 233 cards including Secret Rares. Aside from Ice Rider Calyrex VMAX and Shadow Rider Calyrex being included as Full Art cards and Rainbow Rares, collectors and players can look forward to finding the Galarian forms of the Legendary birds Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres. There is also speculation that Special Delivery Charizard will be included as a promo card in the set.
Since Pokémon Chilling Reign is a main expansion, it will be released through both booster boxes and retail products such as Elite Trainer Boxes. Chilling Reign Booster Boxes hold 36 booster packs and can be found at online and local trading card game stores.
The Chilling Reign Elite Trainer Boxes come in two different forms, one featuring Ice Rider Calyrex and the other Shadow Rider Calyrex. Each Elite Trainer Box will contain eight Pokémon Chilling Reign booster packs, 45 energy cards, a player’s guide to the Chilling Reign expansion, a Pokémon TCG rulebook, one coin-flip die, two acrylic condition markers, a collector’s box, and a code for the online Pokémon card game. There is also a chance that Special Delivery Charizard will be the promo card included in the Elite Trainer Boxes. Both versions of the box will also hold 65 card sleeves, but depending on which one you go with the sleeves will feature artwork of either Ice Rider Calyrex or Shadow Rider Calyrex. The Pokémon Center will also be releasing exclusive Elite Trainer Boxes through their website that include ten Chilling Reign booster packs.
You will be able to find the standard Elite Trainer Boxes wherever Pokémon cards are sold such as Target or online retailers. The Pokémon TCG Chilling Reign Expansion officially releases on June 18.
