This has two very big, very cool implications:<\/p>\n

  2. We can use data to watch the market move<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    For example:\u00a0 If you are bidding on a sneaker, you may want to know when the lowest Ask has changed, or if someone has placed a Bid higher than yours.\u00a0 If you are selling a sneaker, you may want to know when the highest Bid has changed, or if someone has placed an Ask lower than yours.<\/p>\n

    And that\u2019s just the tip of the romaine . . . no wait, iceberg.<\/p>\n

    Bids, Asks, Portfolios, Cop Lists, Recent Sales and more.\u00a0 There are dozens of moving parts, any one of which may be of interest to you at any given moment.\u00a0 That much data can be overwhelming, so we\u2019ve made it easy for you to watch what you want, when you want it.<\/p>\n

    We\u2019re like the Netflix of sneaker data.<\/p>\n

    But we\u2019re also the George Washington of sneaker data.<\/p>\n

    So you can call us Netflix George . . . er . . . let\u2019s just move on.<\/p>\n

    You may have seen some emails lately. \u00a0We\u2019ve been testing.\u00a0 We\u2019ve tested various emails and data thresholds to identify those notifications that are the most valuable, but least intrusive.\u00a0 In the process of testing, there may<\/u> have been a few emails that, were, how you say, not so amazing.\u00a0 Lowball anyone?\u00a0 Our bad.<\/p>\n

    We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by these emails.\u00a0 But rest assured, it was all in the service of creating the best possible experience for everyone.\u00a0 <\/strong>And we appreciate all of the feedback.\u00a0 Please keep sending it.<\/p>\n

    Now that we\u2019ve identified the most valuable emails for tracking the market, we\u2019ve added the final piece:\u00a0 Customizable Settings<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    With ten emails to choose from, we started referring to the list internally as a \u201cChinese menu\u201d <\/strong>of options . . . and our developers took that quite literally.\u00a0 Maybe they were inspired by our favorite lunch spot, maybe they\u2019ve always wanted to work at a Chinese restaurant.\u00a0 Either way, I\u2019m pretty sure this is the greatest email notification settings page in the history of the internet.\u00a0 And, if you\u2019re not careful, you may actually end up with lunch:<\/p>\n
