How To Properly Ship Your Funko Pop! to StockX

Now that you’ve sold your Funko Pop! on StockX, it’s time to pack it up and ship it off. This post will help ensure your package is successfully accepted at all StockX authentication centers.

Congratulations! You’ve sold your first Funko Pop! on StockX and you’re excited about that sweet, sweet payout for your first sale.

You now have 2 business days to either hit up the nearest UPS store location (which you can find right here) or schedule a UPS pickup at your home or office.

Before you rush out the door to send your Funko Pop! to our authentication facility, hold your horses. While shipping may seem simple and easy, it can easily go wrong (trust us, we’ve seen a lot). In addition, the condition of your Funko Pop! box is of utmost importance, and we want to make sure everything stays clean and undamaged on the way to us. So follow these instructions to make sure everything goes smoothly. For more on our box condition guidelines, click here. As a reminder, StockX is not responsible for items not packaged properly. 

Step 1: Place your Funko Pop! into a snug fitting box or case.
Since box condition is of utmost importance, we highly recommend double boxing your Funko Pop!. Any box damage to your Funko Pop! will void your sale.

Step 2: Use bubble wrap and/or shipping paper to cover all sides of the Funko Pop! to ensure the item is secure in the box while in transit.

Step 3: Place your item into a bigger and sufficiently sized shipping box.
As a general rule, the box should be no bigger than 2 inches (5 cm) on either side of your Funko Pop!. Should you be using a larger box, please use additional bubble wrap or other packaging filler to ensure no damage to the Funko Pop! box.

Step 4: Place your invoice with the Funko Pop! and/or in an envelope with the product.
Do NOT place it inside of the Funko Pop! box.

 

Step 5: Properly tape and secure the shipping box using the H-method.

Seal package across the side flaps and the seams on the top and bottom of the shipping box using the 6 strip, H-method, with strong packing tape.  Do NOT use masking tape, cellophane tape, duct tape, string or paper over-wrap to secure package.

Step 6: Tape or insert the provided UPS label to the outside of the shipping box.
UPS stores should provide a folder on the outside of your package for free.

 

Now just as a friendly reminder, below is a list of things NOT to do when shipping your Funko Pop!…

Do NOT send us a box with any personal items or receipts.
You would be surprised by the weird stuff we get.

Do NOT send your Funko Pop! in a box too big with no bubble wrap or packing paper.

Do NOT put your invoice directly into the Funko Pop! box.

Do NOT send us a box with HAZMAT stickers on it.
This is illegal! If using a box with these stickers or labels you MUST remove them before sending.

Do NOT send us a Funko Pop! in an envelope or plastic bag.
Trust us, it will damage the box and void your sale.

Do NOT use anything besides UPS.

Do NOT send us a Funko Pop! without the original box.
