Best Sneakers This Week

adidas Yeezy Foam RNR Onyx

While the Foam RNR may have a new name (Formerly known as the “Foam RNNR”), the demand is still the same – stratospheric. Nike Dunk Low White Black

The Nike Dunk Low Black White continues its run to become the most traded Nike sneaker in StockX history. Last week, the 2021 model was one of the most popular sneakers of the week, behind only the adidas Yeezy Foam RNR Onyx – a shoe that is still fresh off of its initial release.

Most Expensive Sneaker This Week

most expensive jordans of all-time

Air Jordan 1 Chicago (1985)

Last week, the original 1985 Air Jordan 1 Chicago traded for a whopping $30,000, becoming not only the most expensive trade of the week, but the most expensive Air Jordan in StockX history. Being that autographed and game-worn 1985 Air Jordan 1 Chicagos have auctioned off at prices upwards of a million dollars, it is justifiable for a deadstock pair to fetch an amount of this caliber.

Nike Air Force 1 Mid Off-White White & Black

Virgil Abloh’s legacy continues through Off-White’s newest Nike Air Force 1 collaboration.

Releasing in both Black and White colorways, the Nike Air Force 1 Mid Off-White honors the 40th Anniversary of the Nike Air Force 1 by refreshing the classic design with Abloh’s signature avante-garde style. Both models feature a wood grain-textured, lightweight mesh construction with ripstop collar straps, and clear TPU Swooshes. At the base, a warped midsole with multi-colored sections of a track-inspired spiked outsole reference past Nike Off-White designs like the Nike Waffle Racer and Air Zoom Tempo Next%.

The Nike Air Force 1 Mid Off-White Black and White release on Thursday, June 23rd for $185 on the SNKRS app and in select Nike retailers.

adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 Bone & Onyx

If you have been looking for a clean pair of 350s to throw into your daily rotation, the adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 Bone and Onyx might end your search.

With monochromatic Primeknit uppers, the adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 Bone and Onyx take it back to the basics, using muted palettes to emphasize the intricacies of their construction. Sheer mesh side stripes and canvas heel loops offer a subtle contrast in texture. From there, semi-translucent cushioned midsoles with Boost technology add comfort and support.

The adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 Bone and Onyx released on Monday, June 20th for $220 on the adidas Confirmed app, Yeezy Supply, and at select shops.

Air Jordan 9 Particle Grey

Jordan Brand adds a new look to their ninth signature model with the Air Jordan 9 Particle Grey.

With color blocking similar to the 2014 Air Jordan 9 Barons, the Air Jordan 9 Particle Grey boasts a black nylon upper with quilted panels and light grey Durabuck mudguards. At the heel, a red Jumpman basketball emblem brings a sharp contrast to its neutral base. Nodding to the original Air Jordan 9, a white outsole with embossed graphics and phrases completes the design.

The Air Jordan 9 Particle Grey releases on Tuesday, June 21st for $200 on the SNKRS app and in select Jordan retailers.

Nike Cortez Union LA Sesame & Off Noir

Union LA and Nike celebrate Los Angeles’ diverse communities and their impact on fashion with the Nike Cortez Union LA Sesame and Off Noir.

For those who are unfamiliar, LA is well-known for popularizing the Nike Cortez. The Nike Cortez Union LA Sesame and Off Noir build off of this rich history by refreshing the silhouette with striped woven textile uppers with patched premium suede overlays and Swooshes. At the forefoot, yellow “UN|LA” tags are prominently featured, similar to previous Union LA sneaker collaborations. A speckled sole with signature grooves offers traction and support.

The Nike Cortez Union LA Sesame and Off Noir release on Tuesday, June 21st for $150 exclusively at Union LA.

Air Jordan 6 Red Oreo

Jordan Brand embraces classic Chicago Bulls colors with the Air Jordan 6 Red Oreo.

Reminiscent of the OG Air Jordan 6 White Varsity Red, the Air Jordan 6 Red Oreo features a white tumbled leather with Durabuck perforated paneling and a red Jumpman embroidery atop a mesh and TPU tongue. At the molded heel tab and midsole, hits of red with white speckles add a subtle flair. From there, a signature icy semi-translucent outsole adds the finishing touch.

The Air Jordan 6 Red Oreo releases on Saturday, June 25th on the SNKRS app and in select Jordan retailers.

Nike SB Dunk Low Be True

In honor of Pride Month, Nike SB celebrates the LGBTQIA+ community with the Nike SB Dunk Low Be True.

Because everyone is unique in their own way, each pair of the Nike SB Dunk Low Be True will have a one-of-a-kind look over time. Wear and tear on the painted white leather upper will reveal multicolor panels beneath the surface, similar to the Air Jordan 1 High SB Lance Mountain. From there, mismatched gradient blue and pink heel tabs and laces offer a spontaneous look, while gradient rainbow stitching throughout the design nods to the Pride flag.

The Nike SB Dunk Low Be True releases on Wednesday, June 22nd for $115 on the SNKRS app and in select skate shops.
