The uppers of the Gym Red features white leather base. Around the toe box, mid panels, and up the tongue is a black leather overlay. The red comes into play on the ankle underlay, and then in the stitching holding the uppers together. Smaller details on the upper include a white embossed Jordan wings logo on the ankle overlay and a traditional Nike Air tongue tag. The shoe is finished with both a white midsole and outsole.
