The Supreme Illegal Business Hooded Sweatshirt brings back a classic design from the streetwear brand. For those that don’t know the history it all started with a photo tee. The photo showed financial broker Igor Kotlyar rocking a Supreme box logo in handcuffs thanks to a fraud conviction. The phrase “Illegal Business Controls America” was coined and used by the brand over the years. Previously the words were added in all-over print but the version for Spring/Summer 2018 is much more subdued. It all begins with the classic light brown pull-over hoodie made from comfortable cotton fleece. Matching drawstrings, pouch pockets and ribbed gussets are all familiar features. The front of the hoodie has no other additions, the back is where all the action happens. The phrase is added onto the center of the back in black ink. As well the brand’s name is embroidered onto the edge of the hood. Made in seven color options the piece dropped online and most Supreme locations on February 15th, 2018 for $148.
