The American artist, who now calls New York and Berlin home, is known for her raw and intimate work that explore controversial topics. Her style developed from joining a hippie commune as a teenager, there exploring her interest to record life’s moments, especially after her sister’s suicide. Drugs, intimacy and the LGBT lifestyle were all themes in her work and continue to be her most popular, and controversial, to this date. Here most popular piece of work was featured on three different items in the collaboration collection. Taken in a taxi cab in 1991 the focus of the image are two drag queens, Misty and Jimmy. Their expressions and representation of drag queens has made it a popular. Showing support for the LGBT community before it was more normal. The vessel for the image was the Supreme coaches jacket. Made from a water resistant poly exterior in burgundy, the inside is filled with comfortable cotton jersey. Other details of the jacket include snap buttons, waist drawcord and Supreme name added onto the chest. But the main feature is the photo added onto middle of the back of the jacket.
