Update Regarding COVID-19

As the world grapples with the unprecedented challenge of COVID-19, our thoughts are with the people around the globe who are affected.

Our community is truly a global one, with offices and team members in several countries, and buyers and sellers in almost every corner of the world. As such, we are continually monitoring current events and taking our cues from federal authorities and local leaders in our areas of business, as well as experts at the World Health Organization (WHO) and Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to do our part in protecting our customers and internal StockX family.

I want to assure our customers that, in this time of uncertainty, our marketplace remains open, stable, and strong. Given our reliance on global shipping providers, we are naturally subject to delays and disruptions in countries under quarantine. However, at the time of this posting, such disruptions are minimal, and customers are receiving the same high level of service. While the fluid nature of this situation may impact the customer experience in the future, we are proactively planning for every contingency to minimize any disruption to our customers.

Also, I felt it important to share a quick update on how we, as a company, are remaining vigilant in our Authentication Centers, stores, and drop-off locations as we navigate this situation. In addition to following the guidelines established by the CDC, we are also adding extra company-wide precautions, like cleaning high-touch areas of the store hourly with CDC-recommended supplies and ensuring team members are washing their hands frequently and staying home if they feel sick.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during these uncertain times, and we thank you for being a StockX customer. It is our privilege to serve you.
