{"id":1538,"date":"2014-06-05T10:19:05","date_gmt":"2014-06-05T14:19:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/stockx.com\/sneaker-blog\/?p=1538"},"modified":"2015-12-17T14:22:36","modified_gmt":"2015-12-17T19:22:36","slug":"lebron-2k14-selling-for-1085-in-june","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/stockx.com\/news\/lebron-2k14-selling-for-1085-in-june\/","title":{"rendered":"Lebron 2K14 selling for $1,085 in June"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As they finally start to show up from Nike, the LeBron 11 2K14 is flooding eBay (relatively).<\/p>\n<p>From December to April only 35 pairs were sold, at an average deadstock price of $905 (obviously presales) and a Sold Percentage of only 8.8% (meaning 91.2% of all shoes listed on eBay ended with no sale).<\/p>\n<p>In the one month and four days since then, 130 pairs were sold at an average price of $1,049, with a 26% Sold Percentage.\u00a0 57 of those were in June &#8211; and we only have data for the first four days!\u00a0 Average price is also up, at $1,085, and Sold Percentage is at 33% for June.\u00a0 All indicators are clear:\u00a0 this shoe is drank some Red Bull, because it has wings.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/sneakerheaddata.files.wordpress.com\/2014\/06\/campless-lebron-11-2k14-060414.jpg\" data-mce-=\"\"><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"StockX Image\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1553\" src=\"http:\/\/sneakerheaddata.files.wordpress.com\/2014\/06\/campless-lebron-11-2k14-060414.jpg\" alt=\"Campless Lebron 11 2K14 060414\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" data-mce-=\"\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Key Insights<\/strong><\/span><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>The code or the shoe?<\/strong>\u00a0 In December and January selling the access code (which allows purchase of the sneaker) was the hot thing to do.\u00a0 102 codes were sold at an average price of $356.\u00a0 That&#8217;s looking like a nice deal &#8211; assuming it wasn&#8217;t already used.\u00a0 $356 + $250 = $606 . . . or $479 less than current market price ($1,085 in June)<\/li>\n<li>Between the 102 codes and 165 shoes, that&#8217;s 267 of the 2,014 total pairs (13%) already resold (assuming no re-resells yet).\u00a0 We have no data to back this up, but that seems like an awfully high percentage for now<\/li>\n<li>Most expensive sales prices for the shoe (not code) was:\u00a0 $13,030; $5,555; $3,045; $2,034; $2,014 and $2,000.\u00a0 The first two were removed from aggregate stats for being outliers<\/li>\n<li>Most expensive sales price for the code was:\u00a0 $800, $610, $600, $550 and $535.\u00a0 Even at $800, that&#8217;s still a good deal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Selling fake codes?\u00a0 <\/strong>One of the concerns about buying an access code is whether it had been used, or if it was real at all.\u00a0 We have no way to identify, conclusively, if anyone was scamming, but these sellers all sold at least three codes:<\/p>\n<table width=\"271\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"128\">Seller<\/td>\n<td width=\"75\">Codes Sold<\/td>\n<td width=\"68\">Avg.
