First things first, congratulations! A buyer on StockX decided to purchase your item! Pop those bottles.<\/span><\/p>\n

But now the ball is in your court.<\/span> You now have 2 business days to <\/b>either hit up the nearest UPS store location (<\/span>which you can find right here<\/b><\/a>) or<\/span> schedule a UPS pickup<\/b><\/a> at your home or office. <\/span><\/p>\n

Now before you rush out the door, we want to make sure you\u2019re coming 100% correct when sending that item off to a StockX authentication center. We know, we know, it sounds relatively simple, but trust us when we say there are a LOT of ways it can go wrong. That is why we\u2019ve created this super easy, step-by-step blog post for exactly how to pack that next great StockX shipment.\u00a0As a reminder, StockX is not responsible for items not packaged properly.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Let’s get it started.<\/p>\n

Step 1: Place your invoice inside the shoebox and\/or envelope with the product<\/b><\/p>\n

Step 2: Place your item into a bigger and sufficiently sized shipping box<\/b>
\n<\/b>As a general rule, the box should be no bigger than 2 inches (5 cm) on either side of your shoebox.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Step 3: Use bubble wrap and\/or shipping paper to ensure the item is secure in the box while in transit<\/b><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Step 4: Properly tape and secure the shipping box using the H-method.<\/b><\/p>\n

Seal package across the side flaps and the seams on the top and bottom of the shipping box using the 6 strip, H-method, with strong packing tape. \u00a0Do NOT use masking tape, cellophane tape, duct tape, string or paper over-wrap to secure package.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Step 5: Tape or insert the provided UPS label to the outside of the shipping box
\n<\/b>UPS stores should provide a folder on the outside of your package for free.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

And that\u2019s it. Take your safe and secure box to UPS and it\u2019s good to go. Easy as that.<\/span><\/p>\n

Now just as a friendly reminder, below is a list of things NOT to do when shipping your item…<\/span><\/p>\n

Do NOT send us a box with any personal items from the shoebox and or shipping box

Do NOT tape the shipping label directly onto the shoebox<\/b><\/p>\n

Do NOT tape up and send us only the shoebox<\/b><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Do NOT send your sneakers in a box too big with no bubble wrap or packing paper<\/b>
\n<\/b>This is what will happen…<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

Do NOT send us a box with HAZMAT stickers on it
\n<\/b>This is illegal! If using a box with these stickers or labels you MUST remove them before sending.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

Do NOT use a shipping box that is too small<\/b><\/p>\n

Do NOT send us a shoebox in an envelope

Do NOT use anything besides UPS<\/b><\/p>\n

Do NOT send us shoes without the shoebox<\/b><\/p>\n

Do NOT send us a fragile item with ZERO packing paper
