Nothing represents Supreme more accurately than a white on red box logo and the Supreme GORE-TEX 6-Panel Hat Red colorway features the iconic logo but not in the way you might expect. Although the simple design is nothing eye-catching, it’s good to have staple piece in your collection and unlike the typical hats from Supreme, this release uses the almighty GORE-TEX material typically found in outerwear. GORE-TEX was discovered back in late ’60s by Bill Gore and his son, Bob. As the material was refined, it became more obvious that its water repelling characteristics and strength would help it stand above other materials. Since 1976, GORE-TEX has been one of the go-to materials for all-weather gear. Supreme, whose team is all to familiar with wet winters, opted to use GORE-TEX on their latest selection of headwear. What really stands out about this design is the use of the GORE-TEX logo placed front and center. The color-matched Supreme box logo is placed on the rear, just above the strap back closure design.<\/p>\n
