Hailing from Atlanta, Gunna has been rising to the top of the rap game over the last several years, dropping multiple mixtapes and the 2019 album, “Drip or Drown 2.” StockX recently caught up with Gunna for the latest installment of “That’s 5,” where the Chanel aficionado talks about his influences, building his fan base, and how he’s over people going to jail for weed.<\/p>\n

What Influences You?<\/b><\/h2>\n

Me being a role model and people looking up to me. Like my fans and family.<\/span><\/p>\n

Most Overrated? <\/b><\/h2>\n

Charging people for weed, that\u2019s overrated; people going to jail for weed, that\u2019s overrated.<\/span><\/p>\n

Most underrated?<\/b><\/h2>\n

A lot of hip-hop artists are underrated, like Lil Keed, and Lil Gotit. There\u2019s just too many to name.<\/span><\/p>\n

Most excited about right now?<\/b><\/h2>\n

Selling out all my shows on tour and building my stage performance. Right now, today, that\u2019s what I\u2019m most excited about.<\/span><\/p>\n

What\u2019s next for you?<\/b><\/h2>\n

Another album. A bigger tour. A bigger fan base. That\u2019s what\u2019s next. <\/span><\/p>\n
