Australia Seller Guideline

Packing

  • Seller to pack the item individually.
  • Seller to provide 1 copy of shipping label & 3 copies of commercial invoice.
  • For remote area, seller will need to receive 3rd party courier shipping label from UPS and need to input this shipping label into the pouch.

Schedule Pick up

  • Seller contacts UPS CS for parcel pick up arrangement by providing the information below
    • UPS Tracking Number
    • Number of Parcels
    • Pick Up Address
  • Seller prepare 2 documents for UPS pick up
    • UPS shipping label x 1
    • Commercial Invoice x 3
  • For remote area sellers, after UPS receives the pickup request. UPS will contact the seller either by email or phone call and provide 3rd party courier shipping label. Sellers need to prepare 3 documents for UPS pick up
  • UPS shipping label x 1
  • 3rd party courier shipping label x 1
  • Commercial Invoice x 3

REMARK: UPS WILL NOT come to pickup packages automatically. We suggest seller contact UPS Customer Service to confirm their location area so that they can plan for the order and pick-up time in advance.

Order Cut-off Time

UPS can arrange pick-up within certain time periods. There are different cut-off times for same-day pick up in different areas. For more details, please visit the UPS website (https://wwwapps.ups.com/calTimeCost?loc=en_AU)

First Scan

  • For shipments pick-up from the metro area, pick-up scan will be performed upon pick up or drop off and will be reflected in the system within a few minutes.
  • For shipments pick-up from non-metro areas, pick-up scan information will be updated in the system latest the following day.

IMPORTANT: First scan information takes 12 hours for some remote areas, please consider this time difference before handover the parcel to UPS. We suggest extending the shipping deadline through StockX platform if sellers have any uncertainty on the first scan information upload timeline.

Export Customs Clearance

  • All shipments must have a commercial Invoice for customs declaration.

IMPORTANT: Seller need to provide POA if the parcel is under customs inspection. UPS Customer Service will contact the seller for POA preparation.
