Playstation PS5

The PlayStation PS5 is an innovative home console developed by Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE), a multinational video game and digital entertainment subsidiary of Sony. It is the fifth home console released by Sony, after the 1994 PlayStation 1, the 2000 PlayStation 2, the 2006 PlayStation 3, and the 2014 PlayStation 4.

Available in two variants, with the same horsepower and 825 GB, the PlayStation PS5 features several upgrades. These include the use of an octa-core AMD Zen 2 CPU with RDNA2 graphics and 16 GB of GDDR6 RAM to address the CPU issue on the PS4, a custom NVMe M.2 SSD (825 GB) for super-fast loading time in games, Tempest Engine tech that makes the sound even more immersive, when you use your headphones, hardware-based ray tracing for more lifelike lighting and reflection effects, and improved horsepower to deliver even better 4K gameplay for many games. The console's game pad, the Sony PS5 PlayStation 5 DualSense Wireless Controller White, also had improvements, notably, the addition of shoulder triggers that can stimulate resistance and voice coil actuators that allow you to feel even the subtle effects.

Besides the upgrades and overall design of the PlayStation PS5, in our opinion, another superb feature about this device is that it is backward compatible with a vast majority of PlayStation video games. We also love the fact that it is cooler and quieter than its predecessors.

For the perfect gaming experience, consider adding a Media Remote, a PlayStation Portal Remote Player, an Access Controller, PULSE 3D™ wireless headset to your PlayStation PS5 game set up. You can also match your controller and PS5 with a matching console cover.
